Tijarat connects shops and customers in the same neighborhood — and riders are the link that makes it work. If you have a bike, rickshaw or carry van and know your city's streets, the rider network turns that into steady, transparent income.

How a delivery works

1. Jobs appear on your radar. When a shop accepts an order or books a standalone A→B delivery, riders inside the pickup area see it instantly — pickup address, drop area, items summary and the fare.
2. Claim it. First-to-claim (or a confirmed bid, where bidding is on) locks the job to you.
3. Verify pickup with OTP. The shop shows a one-time code; you enter it to prove the parcel changed hands. No "I never got it" disputes.
4. Deliver and close with the customer PIN. The customer confirms handover with a 4-digit code, and the delivery timeline records the completed trip.

Your area, your rules

You set your own service radius on the map — 3 km around your muhalla, 10 km across the city, whatever suits your vehicle and your day. Only jobs inside your radius reach your radar, so you never waste fuel chasing pickups across town. Go online when you want to work; go offline when you don't.

Transparent fares

Every job card shows the fare math before you claim it:

Total Fee = Base Fare + (Distance KM × Per-KM Rate) + (Extra Shops × Stop Surcharge)

Multi-shop orders pay a per-extra-stop surcharge on top of distance, and Cash-on-Delivery jobs carry a small cash-handling surcharge — all itemized on the job card. Vehicle rates (bike, rickshaw, carry van, pickup) are set by the platform per city, so the same job pays every rider the same fair rate.

Multi-shop routes

A customer ordering from two or three dukans creates one multi-stop route: pick up from each shop in sequence (each with its own OTP), then one final drop. Fewer empty kilometers, more fare per trip, and a highlighted badge on your radar so you spot these jobs first.
