POS for Kiryana Stores — Sell by Bag, KG or Gram

Tijarat web POS with bag, kilo and gram selling units

کریانہ اسٹور کے لیے پوائنٹ آف سیل — بوری، کلو اور گرام میں فروخت کریں

Ordinary POS software assumes you buy and sell in the same unit. A kiryana store never does: rice arrives in 100-kg bags and leaves in grams, oil arrives in cartons of tins and leaves in pouches, medicine arrives in cartons and leaves as single tablets. Tijarat's web POS is built around this reality.

One stock count, every packaging size

When you create a product, you describe its packaging chain once — for rice: Bag → 100 KG per bag → 1,000 grams per KG. Tijarat then tracks stock in a single base unit (the gram, in this example) and automatically derives the price for every tier:

UnitInside parentSale price (example)
Bag—Rs 20,000
KG100 per bagRs 200
Gram1,000 per KGRs 0.20

A 2.5 KG sale deducts exactly 2,500 grams; a full-bag wholesale sale deducts 100,000. The shelf, the POS and the marketplace always agree, because there is only one number underneath.

A sale at the counter

  1. Open the Web POS on any phone, tablet or laptop — no installation, no special hardware.
  2. Tap a product, choose the packaging tier the customer wants (Bag, KG, Gram), set the quantity.
  3. Checkout as Cash, Card, or Khata / Customer Credit — credit sales flow straight into the customer's digital udaar khata balance.
  4. Stock deducts automatically and a permanent audit log entry is written.

Restocking the way suppliers actually deliver

When the mandi truck arrives, you do not receive grams — you receive bags. Record the purchase in the unit on the invoice (5 Bags, 2 Cartons) and Tijarat scales it into base units for you. Supplier name, quantity and cost are kept as a purchase record, so month-end reconciliation is a report, not an evening with a calculator.

Works when the internet does not

The POS caches your product catalog on the device. If the connection drops mid-rush, you keep selling from the cached catalog with an offline banner; checkout syncs once you are back online.

Your counter, now online too

The same catalog and stock power your public shop page on the Tijarat marketplace — customers see live prices by packaging tier and can order for delivery through the rider network. One inventory, two storefronts.
