Tijarat Launch Features — What's Live Today

تجارت اب لائیو ہے — دیکھیں آج سے کیا کیا دستیاب ہے

Tijarat is live. From day one the platform ships the basics that matter most to Pakistani shops, customers and riders — no waiting lists, no hardware, no setup fees. Here is exactly what you can use today.

For Customers

• Browse shops without an account. The marketplace is fully public: search shops by city and category, view live counter prices and packaging options before you ever sign up.
• WhatsApp ordering. Every shop page can send your cart straight to the shop's WhatsApp as a structured order message — items, quantities, prices and your note included.
• Account checkout with local payments. Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa and direct bank transfer with payment-proof upload and transaction ID.
• Live order tracking. Follow your order from acceptance to your doorstep with an OTP-verified handover.

For Shopkeepers (Vendors)

• Free web POS. A full point of sale in the browser: fast cart, cash/card/khata checkout, receipts and offline product caching.
• Multi-unit inventory. Sell by bag, KG, gram, carton, box or strip — stock stays accurate in one base unit across every packaging size. Details in the kiryana POS guide.
• Supplier restock records. Record purchases by the packaging you actually receive and watch stock scale automatically.
• Digital khata ledger. Customer credit (udaar) with running balances and repayment history — see the udaar khata guide.
• Delivery booking from the dashboard. Dispatch a rider for an accepted order or a walk-in customer in a few taps.

For Riders

• Delivery booking with OTP tracking. Claim nearby jobs on the radar, verify each pickup with the shop's OTP and close the drop with the customer's 4-digit PIN.
• Your own service radius. Set the area you cover on the map and only see jobs inside it.
• Multi-shop routes. One trip, several pickups, a fair per-stop surcharge. More in the rider network guide.

For the Platform

• Feature flags. The platform owner can switch whole modules (marketplace, POS, delivery, khata) on or off per launch phase — the platform grows city by city without redeploys.
• KYC verification. Vendors, riders and agents submit documents for admin review, keeping the marketplace trusted.

This is the foundation. More services and cities unlock as the network grows — the services overview shows the full picture.
